NÈG MARRON brings a historically grounded name into a living, forward-looking project: Caribbean-rooted flavor cultivated and crafted in Costa Rica.
The Name
The root remains real.
Nèg mawon evokes the people who escaped enslavement, protected their freedom and built life beyond the system designed to contain them. The name is not costume or borrowed mythology. It establishes a standard: independence, resourcefulness and the courage to create another path.
What We Are Building
A business that grows in chapters.
The first chapter is a hydroponic garden. That garden becomes herbs, peppers, sauces and blends. Coffee may connect Costa Rica, Haiti and Colombia. In time, the established brand earns a physical home: the NÈG MARRON Café.
